The delivery cost is door to door which means your rug goes from us to your nominated address.

Residential House

Delivery is to the driveway by the courier and does not include rug roll out. Clients will need to assist with the unloading and can be notified the day before delivery.

Commercial Office Block and Residential Apartments

Delivery by the courier to the driveway, curbside or loading bay if there is access. Delivery and does not include taking the rug up lifts or stairs or rug roll out. Clients will need to assist with the unloading and can be notified the day before delivery.

Deluxe Delivery

For and additional cost Floorspace can organize for your rug to be delivered and rolled out into place. Furniture will need to be moved from the space so the rug can be rolled out for you or your client.

For Overseas orders

Floorspace Australia ships worldwide and can take care of all of your freighting requirements. We automatically assume that overseas orders will require delivery and as such will email you with a delivery cost using the address supplied in the payment window.

If the delivery address is different to the supplied address, please contact us on +61 3 9882 2477 or email us at sales@floorspace.com.au stating (1) The Transaction Reference Number (2) the alternative delivery address & (3) your best contact number  (including all international and local area codes) so we can call you if need be.

Collections from our showroom

One of our sales staff will contact you as soon as your rug has arrived in our showroom located at 532 Riversdale Road, Camberwell Vic 3124.

If however you decide you would prefer delivery after you have placed your order this is no problem. Simply contact us on +61 3 9882 2477 or by email sales@floorspace.com.au and we will gladly obtain a quote and coordinate delivery of your custom rug for you.
